Everything I needed was provided, except for conditioner for my hair. The linens were clean and nice, the bed was comfortable. I slept well. After departing, I realized I had left a very special book I had been reading on the bed. About 10 minutes out of Moab, I pulled over to turn around and return to retrieve it. I called the desk first, and told the clerk, Gary, what I had done. He said he would go right to my room and get the book, and it would be at the desk when I got there. Fifteen minutes later I arrived back at the hotel, and sure enough, I walked to the desk, and Gary held out my book to me. I was grateful, offered him a tip, which he was reluctant to accept. He was just happy he could help.

The hotel is centrally located in Moab and various restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The location is also great for a visit to Arches National Park. We stayed here for one night. Our room had two comfortable queen beds with a nightstand and electrical outlet, a desk and chair, a TV, a refrigerator, a coffee maker with coffee capsules and a microwave. The sink is outside the bathroom and has a large mirror. The shower works great and the bathroom is clean. The hotel has a pool and a jacuzzi with tables and loungers around it. The area is open until 10pm. We spent an hour here in the evening and really enjoyed it. Each room has a free parking space in front of the door.

We had a nice room with two beds, a mini-fridge and a microwave. Before we arrived we were informed about a bugs-plaque during our stay in Moab, but we haven´t seen a single bug in our room. The pool was nice (inkcl. pool towels). There was no breakfast but the supermarket was a 10-15 min walk away. The restaurant next to the pool was closed but on the other side of the street was a nice mexican restaurant an there were as well several nice restaurants and stores close. Across the street is a very nice local bar (and more or less the only bar in downtown), that offers billiard and karaoke. Arches National Park is a 10 min-drive away and Canyonlands NP about 45 min.

Great location in the heart of Moab! The room was clean (but dated), beds comfy, and (best part) had a double shower head! It was like a massage after a long day visiting the parks (Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse). Fairly quiet room, although the A/C was a little loud when it would fire up, but not loud enough to wake us after a long day of hiking. The hotel pool looked nice and was never busy when we were around (early evening). Loved the proximity to restaurants with great recommendations from the front desk concierge. We'll absolutely stay here again if/when we return to the area!

Because of the bad reviews about cleanliness and bugs we almost cancelled. It turned out, the part of the motel we were in was freshly renovated and everything was almost new. The refrigerator didn't work, we let the reception know and when we came back in the afternoon it ran very cold. We asked for more coffee taps, no problem. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm. As far as we're concerned, almost everything was in A-1 condition. Good thing we didn't cancel. The night before we stayed in a different hotel for almost twice the price and it was not better than this one.
